Avoid Refreshing the Page: Do not refresh the page during recording trials, downloading videos, or while files are being reorganized.

Recording Trials: You can stop and start recording trials at any time before exporting all trials. Just make sure not to refresh the page for any reason.

Camera Settings: Before trials are captured, you can change camera settings to suit your needs.

Refreshing Page: Once the page is refreshed, no videos can be shipped using the utility. You may have to manually complete the process if you refresh the page.

Browser Permissions: Your browser may ask to allow downloading multiple files. Allow this.

Downloads Folder: We recommend keeping the Downloads folder clean of any videos.

Format Camera: Format the camera from time to time.

Camera Reboots: The camera reboot after each clip is a known limitation of the system. Consider planning your recording session to minimize the number of clips needed, reducing the impact of camera reboots.
